Blondies 





Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter or margarine ( 112 g ) 
  • 2 large eggs 
  • 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour 
  • 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips 
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar packed
  • 1/2 cup white sugar 
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt 
  • 1 teaspoons vanilla
Instructions

Step 1. Preheat oven to 175ºC. 

Step 2. Grease 8×8 inch or covered with aluminum foil (20×20 cm) pan. 

Step 3. Melt butter until golden brown, let it cool. Add the sugar, eggs and vanilla and with a whisk mixed well.

Step 4. Combine flour, salt,chocolate chips and baking powder then add to the butter mixture.

Step 5. Scrape batter into pan. Spread evenly.

Step 6. Bake in oven for 25 - 30 minutes. Cool brownies before cutting.
