Corn Cake Stuffed With Ham and Cheese 

( Changa)


Ingredients 

In this recipe, the measurements are made with a can of corn.
  • 1 can of corn 
  • 1 can of milk  
  • 1 can of corn flour ( harina pan) 
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt  
  • Butter 
  • Ham 
  • Cheese  
Instructions 
  • Add the can of corn to the mixer and measure the milk and the flour using the can, then add them to the mixer with the salt.
  • Mix well until it looks creamy. If it is too dry, add more milk. 
  • In a cooking pan, add the butter and let it melt completely. Once it has completely melted, spread half of the corn batter into the pan and place the ham and cheese on top. Add the rest of the batter and cook for 10 minutes or until the edges look brown and crispy.  
  • Use a plate the same size as your pan to help you flip the corn cake. 
  • Cook it on the other side for 5 more minutes.
